Dash Lighting

Hey guys, got a quick question.

I'm installing an Autometer Cobalt gauge, and it has a wire to connect to the dash lighting circuit.

Where did you guys find a connection to do this?

Thanks.

Why don't you just tap into the boost guage wires or worse case the light dimmer knob that sits to the left of the steering wheel

There'll be boost gauge wires? I have an LT.

EDIT: I got it, my dad helped me out.

Thanks, though. We did tap into the dimmer switch.
