In looking at the site for it.......it looks like the SS/SC does not support it????? It only says for the Cobalt 2.2 and 2.4?????????????? I'd wanna know 100% for sure before I threw down that much money that it was going to work.

correct... something about the CAN bus, i can't remember specifics... LSJ is not CAN maybe? 2.4 is looking more and more like the tuner's dream for the delta platform... i may hafta sell my ride and get a 2.4 - who knows

anyway, talked to developer about that disconnect for USB thing and he said unfortunately that's a limitation of the hardware, not the software. who knows maybe they'll revise that, but even if they do you'd have to buy a whole new device to have the functionality

for me it's not a prob i just take the whole thing out and bring it in the house w/ me when i get home but yeah if i had a lappy in the car all the time i can see where that'd be annoying.

Not if it doesn't work in the car and the Interceptor does!!!!!!!

If they don't have something worked out, I'ma hafta go with the Interceptor. Not gonna wait around for something that may or may not happen. Besides, I was hoping to have something of that type before this year's track season is up.

Well that just sucks that it is not compatible with the LSJ. Looks like it is going to be Streetdeck FTW.

I have a 2007 SS/SC Cobalt and checked the Dashhawk site.
They said if your OBDII has pins 6 and 14 populated then the
Dashhawk unit should work.

Here's a link to their FAQ where it's stated.
http://www.dashhawk.com/faq.html

Here's a pic of my OBDII.

So if we can get a discount for a GB, then I'll buy one!

I read the Dashhawk FAQ.... So you're saying even though they say that "if you
have pins 6 and 14 populated then it should work".... they're mistaken?
Have you tried Dashhawk in a Cobalt SS/SC and know it doesn't work?

This is from their FAQ section
Look carefully at the plug with a flash light or other bright light source. If pins 6 and 14 have metal pins in them (i.e. are “populated”) then the vehicle has a CAN bus and DashHawk will most likely work with this vehicle.

I dont mind the MVP actually. It keeps all the true retailers in check with each other. It's just there way of keeping us in retailers in business and there products not turning dirt cheap and non profitable.
