does anyone know where the OBD-II fuse is

hey guys sorry it might sound like a dumb question but does anyone know where the obd II fuse is because i plug in hp tuners and it does'nt have anypower even when the car is on so please some input would be nice guys thanks

Check your manual. I believe both cig lighter fuses are in under the hood. If you can't find your manual its on the back of your fuse cover.

ok so the port is using the lighter as its source of power but what if thats not it?? what do you think it is
