Door Speaker Q

Hi! I have been searching, but I can't find an answer to my question.

I have a 2010 SS/TC with the Pioneer Speaker System. When I bought the car the driver's door speaker was blown and it drives me crazy the way it rattles.

My father-in-law owns a Salvage yard and has given me the stock driver door speaker from a regular 4 door Cobalt LS....Will it fit? I'm not looking to improve sound quality, I just want something that won't drive me crazy because it rattles! Thanks in advance!

It'll fit physically, but it is a different speaker entirely. The impedance on it is 4ohm versus your pioneer 2ohm. Plus LS speakers are **** and don't last long anyway.

right. It would work but your much better off with after market 2 ohm speakers or a stock pioneer replacement
