Thats what i said but emp said some decks are controled by the rca for on/off

Thanks a lot for all the help guys, finally got some nice weather and got everything running today!

One of the connections / plugs on my RCA feeds was loose. I had to do some fixing, and that got everything working!

The local shops around here wanted 235+ tax to put everything in, so I saved a ton doing it all myself, so thanks again!

lol thats not exactly what i meant... the remote still turns the amp on and off and the rca is what sends it signal but some units with sub control have not only the +/- voltage control but also on/off and some come with the sub setting off from the factory so you have to turn it on first thing
