Talking Finally Got My System Hooked Up accented with Blue Neon

Whats up guys, I finally got my system up in 2007 Cobalt LT... Sounds great.
Heres what it consists of so far:
Pioneer DEH-P4900IB HU
Two 12inch MTX T4500 subs
Sealed Box, with plenty of air volume
1000 watt Sony Explod Amp
1 Redline UltraBright Neon (12v) Blue Colored

Waiting on:
1.6 farad Capacitor, its on its way.

Future Stereo Mod:
Guna sell my Pioneer HU later and swap it for a Sony Explod

Below are some pics that I took with my cell phone, hope u guys can see them. I dont care what anybody says about Sony products, I personally think theyr good... Have had nothing but great experiences with them for yeaaaarrss. And I need the cap cuz my lights dim hella hard when the bass hits... Them MTX T4500s are GREAT... Pound hard in the sealed box.

Again, I apologize for the crappy pics... The neon looks purple but its a REALLy bright blue... Il update the pics once my dad comes back from Seattle with the camera.

Working on it at night time so I could get the perfect angle.. Used a worklight to see and screw it in place..

Side View.

The Finished Product.

I will upload some nice, crisp pics of the Head Unit and the subs when he gets back... I knw the pics look crappy, they came off my cell phone Lol. But I will upload them asap.

Sweet... sounds good... any troubles getting everything to work? I have the steering wheel controls and I want them to work if I get a new head unit. I think there is somewhere on here that someone has posted about how to get them to work/what head units work for that.

Yeah theres a thread for ppl who have the steering wheel controls.... ul need to buy a part for it in order to be able to control the HU with the steering controls. I honestly forgot what they were called, cant think of it right now. But yeah, u can get it to work out.

And the only thing that went "wrong" is that once I took out my stock stereo, I lost my blinker sounds... Now when use the right and left blinkers, there is no sound, they light up and everything but no sound.. Doesnt really bother me, couldnt even tell they were gone.

what kinda cobalt do u have? i have a 2007 cobalt Lt sedan with the ground effects kit... Mine didnt come with the steering wheel controls

Yeah man, no problem... that was my FIRST time EVER installing a cd player.. Lol it was pretty simple with the master instructions that Crutchfield sends along with the stereo.. The DIN kit came kinda bent, (as u can tell from under the stereo) so I just called up crutchfield and theyr sending me another one.
