OK so i have the RPD for my car but wasnt installed and the noob ass dealership doesnt know how to install it. the wiring harnes on the RPD has 8 wires but all are white.....WTF who thought of this ****? IF i had install manual it would be SOOOOO very helpful telling me conect white wire to red wire...........owned. and as i said earlier IF i had a manual i might be able to figure it out but have not been able to find one and the dealer cant find one either.........anyone know where i can get on or have an idea how to install it?

On a different note I wish i could put a RPD on my sedan, but alas the pillars are different.

this isnt something the dealership should know how to install unless your car came with rpd from the factory.

Oh hey one of those was my thread.

I don't understand the issue though, you can't install the RPD harness? Or did you try to take your dash apart or what? I helped my dealer do it, it wasn't that hard. Just figure out the harness....and as you unplug stuff, replace the old one with the new one and before you know it, it will be done.

no they "shouldn't" its not something that can be installed all willie nillie as you have seen the install is kind of in depth. Not hard for some but since GMPP didnt make it an installable part I dont see why you have to act like a 5 yr old and cry about them taking a while to install something that wasnt meant to be installed if you didnt buy that option.

Ehhh....its basically just replacing a wiring harness man. They possible should know how to do that. But at the same time its nto a run of the mill thing. So I get your point.
