Fuse taps

Fuse taps

Im having issues are they a pain in the ass to put in or is it just my user error?

tips would be great!

i think you have to pull the fuse out, put the tap and fuse together and then insert it in the fuse location. atleast, thats how i always do it. hope that helps

n/m i had the wrong size and no one in the area carries the size i need..

anyone have an extra mini fuse tap????

Here's a tip... DON'T use fuse taps, they are ghetto!

Strip the wire, solder on your new wire, tape it up with good electrical tape. Also, the wire you add should have an inline fuse of LOWER value than the circuit you are tapping onto.

.... fuse taps are pretty non ghetto imo. i need a switched source and this works perfectly.
