Hey just writing this because i picked up a full wire harness kit for my 2006 pontiac pursuit gt sedan with premium sound but on the kit im just seeing says pontiac G5 07-08 and cobalt 07-10 and few other random 06+ etc Veichles and from guy i picked it up off of it was for his 2007 cobalt ss sedan with premium sound.. but so my question is will this harness work or with some rework like maybe cutting into stock harnless to make this harness work or? maybe few colors are just different on harness over the cars wires or however it works no car auto pro here gonna be having someone with some knowledge doing it.. if anyone can help me understand what i need to do with what i have right now, i'm wanting to get this install done tomorrow if possible, Thanks in advance.

Where i got this i was told it will work with the Pioneer Premium Sound System. ?

Pursuit is just what they badged the G5 as in Canada

Yes but i believe 05-06 uses a different wire harness for stereo and want to know if what i have is able to work in my 06 pursuit gt sedan with premium sound, the package says its for 07-08 G5 and 2007-2010 cobalt.. maybe just a couple wires are color coded differently maybe and maybe u need to cut into gm harness but im not sure so just trying to find out.
