Exclamation gauge cluster issue

okay so i changed my oil today and messed with my interceptor a little and when i go to start the car, the battery is dead. so i charge the battery and start it up, new issue. the gauge cluster no longer sweeps when i turn the ignition on, the rpm needle is higher than the acctual rpm, and the fuel gauge needle is now pointing near straight down (way past full) but i only have a little less than half a tank...

can anyone chime in on what it could be?
