Gauge Cluster Truth?? or false?

Kay well theres alot of differen opinions on this, and i wanna clear it up because i want to buy one and i dont want it not to work hah

Are all Gauge Clusters... 120mph, 140mph, 180 mph all interchangable???? Can canadian Clusters be used on a an american cobalt??


I have an 08 Sport w/ 140mph cluster, i want the Canadian SS version cluster

ive seen 160 with the SS T/C but never 180 I think you got it mixed up

The SS/SC and SS/TC are 160 MPH.

Anyways, are you planning on moving to Canada?

i thought you could get what ever you wanted on your gauge clust as long as you adjusted you rpm gauge

i think u just have to have the same year for the cluster. or like 05-06 or 07 or 08-10??????? i know the 07 isnt compatible with the 05-06 but i dunno about 08+...

I swapped an 07 SS/SC cluster into my 07 SS/NA, straight swap, no reconfiguring needed. Stick to the same years to prevent anything from not working and you'll be fine.

what i dont understand is why you are only idling at maybe 400 rpm? i think the rpm gauge is off....
