Well it says that the subs are 1000w peak so they are probably around 500w rms (250rms each). The amp doesn't say what it dose at 4 ohms. I'd have to say its around 300-400w rms. They aren’t quite getting the power that they need but should still hit.
If you want them to hit harder look for an amp that does 500w rms at 4 ohms.

ok because when i hooked them up they hit but now really hard and then dont sound the best either but ill look into that the amp puts out at 4 ohms
and on my amp there are 2 channles so how much am i getting from each channel and what subs would go best with it

their are a coupple of ways u can make those subs get the power they need if the amp is a mono and say it puts on 1000 in to 1 ohm and the subs are 2 each all u need to do is hook the 2 subs in a in parralell circut (positive to positive neg to neg) to drop the resistance 2 1 ohm and then use the positive and neg 1 off eather channel.. in the case the are 4 ohms u hook them in parralell to get 2 ohms and run the amp in series positive and neg off the 2 channels u will have 2 ohms their and be putting about 800wrms depending on the power wire u use also i suggest 0 -4 guage for ur 12vc
another thing u can do if eather on of those dont work 4 u call ma audio and tell them the the sub u have and what u would rather get spl or soundquality they will give u the demensions for a ported 4 spl or a sealed box for better sq.. air space and port length if needed... (dont use the demensions on the box their so basic, or buy a bestbuy one they will screw ur system up)

Thats all up to your ears man.
This is what I'd do start with your radio at about the max you listen to it and then turn it down a few. Then cross your amp around 90 hrz or so and start with all bass boost and gain all the way down. Then slowly move the gain up to the point of your liking then if you want a lil more punch move the boost up a few.
Thats just a rough way to tune but its a start. Hell it took me days to tune my sub when I first got it. Its gonna take me even longer when im done with all my ****

yo dude thats simple the tunning... the wayit works is the lower freq = bass wich nis measured at about 32-like 80 hz depending on if u want mid bass or deep bass... the higher the freq is more like ur teweeters. from 200hz-20khz level keep that centered and adjust the bass boost how u want it.. the subsonic filter is just an adjustmant for how many hz is going through the built in passive crossover wich u can adjust for highs or lows u want a lpf low pass for bass.. check the freq responce of the sub and match it.. hope this helps u out let me know how it sounds..
Ok cool. Like fish said... The sub sonic is where the sub starts playing, at say like 15-20hrz. The freq its where it stops at thats best set at 90hrz. The level is the gain. Tune that one like I stated earlier start low then slowly move up until you like it. The bass bost is giving your sub a bit more punch dont turn that one up too much. The remote is for if you want to turn your bass up or down. It should only go as high as you have your gain set.
