good speakers
good speakers
Its not for a cobalt but anyways... I want to replace all 6 speakers in my srt anyone have some suggestions. i think it takes all the same size speakers as the balt. I dont know much about whats good I just know the srt speakers suck ass.
it really depends on what you want to spend. for just a nice basic upgrade, a set of pioneers or kenwoods from best buy can really help out the sound for not a lot of money.
if you want to spend a little more, i tend to like alpine.
as above, the polks are also excellent.

I like Alpine but I have always used Infinity. Maybe due to the fact that I can get them so cheap since I work for them
Getting a pair of the best 6X9 three ways they make for under 60 bucks is just to good to pass up.
For your mids and highs, it really depends on what you want to spend. I personally like Kenwood for price/performance. If you have a little more money, Polk or Infinity. Finally, if you want the best that money can buy you get MB Quart. MBQ's will set you back between $1000 and $1500 for a pair of 6x9s and components.
Well i went with a brand none of you said but thanks for the help anyways, I bought a alpine headunit and MB Quart speakers altogether I spent $670
Didnt notice you did recomend those well mine werent that expensive they are the bottom level and still were 200 for the fronts and 150 for the backs.

I have all MB Quart's...premiums in the doors with tweeters in the door spacer things, and discus's in the rears...I spent like $600 on them and they SCREAM...dunno where you got $1000-$1500 from though...Q-series aren't even that expensive and thats their top model line.
I run them off a rockford P4004 and a Pioneer deck.
VERY clear sounding speakers, I highly reccomend them.
