man, i love this thing..havent played with it too much but thanks to help by emperorjj1 and the audio faq i got everything i needed to get it running right.. DVDs sound great over my shallow mount sub and overall sound quality went up.



i also have the steering wheel control interface that i need to connect which is EXTREMELY confusing.

i do have 1 question though. i previously had my subs hooked up via a line out converter and when my buddy and i were hookin up the screen i noticed that the remote wire was not connected. so im thinking the amp is getting power via the rcas and the speakers that the line out is connected to. My concern is, if i unplug the rcas and plug them into the back of the screen the amp will basically not turn on anymore like it does now right? I'm using a kicker zx300.1 to a kicker cvt shallow mount sub for reference.

 

no you cant get remote thru rcas... is there anything hooked up at the amp at all? It may have signal sense but thats normally found in sony and mtx's not kicker
