HID Help

Hey y'all here's what's up:

I just recently bought the 55-watt 8k HID kit from DDM Tuning and got everything that was recommended for it. I went to install it today and it all went flawlessly until I recognized one major problem; The low beam isn't working, no matter what I do the lights stay on high beam. My neighbor and I decided to troubleshoot for hours on end, playing with the wires and doing some rearranging, etc... but at the end of the day we couldn't figure out what was the matter with them, so I had to take everything back out and put the old headlights back in since I'd be burning people's eyeballs everytime i drove by them

Just wondering if I may have missed something. If anybody has any ideas or suggestions, your input is greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone

I read somewhere that with the ddm kit you have to flip a certain plug because their kit is opposite.
