Hids

First things first i have HIDS in stock housing. NO FLAMING or just get out please. now thats all done i seem to have a problem, i bought the ebay kit that has high and low beams there bi/xenon. got it all wired and working but when i switch from low to high theres not much change in the out put like basically the light flicks and thats it. i had someone change them from the car while i looked at the bulb and i though the bulb was supposed to move up and down a bit but its not? and once and awhile the buld dosent even flick when i go from low to high. its like the bulb cant move so im stuck with low beams im not sure whats up i checked all i can its prety straight forward install so any insight would be awsome thanks !

probably not installed straight. need to figure out what 9007 kit you have. 9007-2 hid low-halogen highs. 9007-3, which is 1 hid bulb but moves up and down (telescopic). and finally 9007-4 hid highs and lows. 2 hid bulbs attched to each other.

ohh yea i forgot that there 9007-3 telescopic's. i wondered about that they really can only go in one way though becasue the way they lock and the headlights housing has the notches that are specially shaped. but im thinking that same thing becasue the ceramic thing on the outside of the bulb arnt in the same location on each bulb. the driver side is 4-5 oclock and the passenger is 7,8,9 lol cant really rember. i been wondering if the silver cap that goes infront of the bulb would be affecting it like the bulb is hits it and cant move
