How is this amp??

http://www.pyramidcaraudio.com/itemp...p?model=PB781X

I got one for free, it was floating around in the trunk of a car I bought. Worth selling? I tested it, it works fine.

Yeah, thats what I was thinking when I saw what it was. I figured it was blown or something, as the guy had removed speakers, H/U, extra batteries and other audio from the car, so when I saw this amp still in there, I just guessed it was fried. Hooked it up and it does work, it hits hard enough for a cheapo amp, but it gets hot as **** and i'm not really pushing it that hard. I don't really have a use for it, but I imagine that its not worth that much. Any idea?

Specs on it? I'm wanting to do a single sub in the stock box with a nice amp, but I seem to be unable to find a nice shallow JL or something.

I just looked up the manual on the amp I have here. I love it. 500Wx2 max, but 50Wx2 RMS

Sounds pretty good...

I had picked up a bazooka EL1500, very similar power specs, for cheap, because of a damaged RCA input. Problem now is finding the ******* part, I can fix it myself, but I need the piece. Bazooka doesn't seem to answer any contact attempts...

Can you get me the piece? I can do the work myself. At least that was the idea when I bought it

are u sure u cant just solder on a new RCA input. is it just like one of the channels not working? Some amps u can just solder on a new input and be fine. Some are way to difficult to work on.

the reason i say this is i have a few junk amps that arnt working anymore that u could use for parts if it would make a difference.

today im going into my garage and cleaning it out, testing all my old junk and selling it. (fall cleaning??? lol)

i want to give that pioneer amp thats been sitting for 2 yrs a good test.

you would need to replace the whole rca piece and they are different for each amp

Yeah, the RCA piece is all by itself on the board, so I was thinking just removing it and putting the new one back on, but I can't get info for a replacement one from Bazooka. I just want to get the piece and see.

right. alot of them are interchangeable but also different (ex bazooka can use 2 or 3 of them for different amps and one might be the same as an audiobahn, lightning audio and a crunch amp)

but you would replace that whole piece not just one

Not too much, met a guy with a VVL B13 Sentra, on bottle. **** was quick as ****. He knows the little crew I usually hang with, it looked like a damn old school sentra meet with a little Cobalt mixed in

For some reason, my car had a bad attitude last night, it was knocking hard sometimes on the bottle, then running perfectly other times.

Best run, we were all on I-75, and I chased down and pulled a boosted TC (), the VVL sentra, and the boosted new SI sedan, the quick one. I was passing all them ******* at 140 and I had started about 2 cars back from 40

haha..thats awesome bro. but weird the car knocks randomly, maybe the knock sensor? i had a good run with a 350z yesterday. kid talking mad **** about my car so i ran him off bottle and pulled like 4-4.5 cars on him, then someone ******* mentioned that my car had nitrous so he accused me of cheating. **** it, i took out the bottle and left it with one of my buddies. same race from 40, same outcome. he claims i have a hidden bottle in the car because there is no way a little cobalt can beat his 350z. so i told him we'll do one more run with me on the bottle so he can see what the car really does, bro i lost count of how many bus lengths i put on him. and when we got back to the spot, all he says to everyone is "that car is ******* fast" haha, ******* thing had nismo stickers all over it ans all he had was a k&n intake. lol
