i need help connecting my shift light to my 07 coblat sc ...help me!!! please...

 

What shift light is it? For the raptor or harlan lights you just tap one of the cylinder wires then program it for 1 cylinder for me I tapped cylinder 2 and the wire was blue and white but apparently it can be green and white. If it's a traditional shift light you need a tach adapter as far as I know...

 

Didn't it come with instructions?

why do you need a shift light anyway..arent those lights for dummies who dont know when to change gears before they redline their ****** car like a idiot

wasnt trying to be a jerk. jus sayin when they first came on cars people called them idiot lights and complained they were there, now people wana add them to the cars that dont have them im just a little confused.

 

what if you have a 1000 Hp car, are looking for the best time possible at the strip, and dont want to have to take your eyes off the track to look DOWN at your rpms?

having a shift light will only IMPROVE your shifts, unless you dont care about drag racing, or racing in general.

 

i wanted them connected on my car say it is not equiped on the ss/sc but we still have the light dead weight lol but its good to have when u'r not racing or anything and want it for gas milage

 

The SS/SC wont let you blow the engine. If you drag the RPM too high they have like a governor that kills acceleration, it kinda feels like the shifter slipt out of gear.

 

i wish i could get my car to 1000rpm's
