HU and speaker help

1. what is the stock watts on a 07 cobalt lt, not pioneer speakers
2.here is the specs of my current HU
Amplifier

* Amplifier max output power / channel qty 40 Watts x 4
* Amplifier continuous power / channel qty 13 Watts x 4
* Amplifier signal-to-noise ratio 70 dBA
* Amplifier Output Details 13 Watt - 4 Ohm - THD 1.0 % - 4 channel(s)

is that to much for the stock speakers?

not brand speccific but watt wize 3 way 4 way i know the size. i need 2 6.5 and 2 6x9s right
and if i should get a new amp as well i would like to know
any ideas or suggestions would be great,

nothing you get is going to have much bass in terms of door speakers especially if you have the windows down. If that's what your looking for your going to need some sort of subwoofer, period

i would go ahead and swap the door speakers thou if you can get some at a good deal. Just stay away from entry level pioneer/kenwood or whatever else might look "sketchy" you get what you pay for most of the time so be smart
