Allgood Customs, I've seen your car on Cardomain before. Those sub boxes kick ass! Definitely the best looking sub boxes I've ever seen in a cobalt!

not tryin to beak your box in anyway its clean just curious if due to the angle of the photo it makes the subs look uncentered. because it kinda looks like they are.

so far thats all ive installed, all the wires that will head to the amplifier for the subs are in the glove box. its just to cold to do that right now. but after installing this i noticed i cant go higher than 11 with volume or it distorts and sounds like garbage....so im gonna change the amp and speakers all around as well. cuz i like to listen to my music so loud that my ears hurt.

Hey Kevin, how do you like your soundstage being down that low? I'm trying to decide still where I want to mount my tweeters. Also, do you find the pod gets in the way of spirited driving?

 

Actually they did a real good job on the sound stage, those DD comps are awsome. No they don't get in the way of driving, there on a pretty good angle so my leg never really rubs up against them.
Here's another pic that shows the angle a bit better

 

The subs are centered it just doesn't look like it in the picture because it is not the same distance between the subs and the side of the trunk on each side. If you stand back they are centered in the opening of the trunk.
