Lights dimming when braking, rolling down window

SO my interior, and headlights were dimming last night as I was driving 500 miles to the Carolinas. Whenever I put my brakes on, rolled up/down the windows or even once when the radio was turned up. I have HIDs in the fogs and HID headlights with relay. Never had this issue before and it seemed to go away when i was in the city, then come back again and stalled my car. I was thinking the alternator might be on it's way out. Any other ideas, i'd appreciate it.

Thanks man, it's happening now driving home. I'll turn on my HID headlights and the car shuts off, on the highway! Now nothing is happening and everything's cool. It's intermittent. I'll get them both checked at autozone for free when I'm home

My car started having issues similar to this. So I sold it haha.

Sorry I'm no help, but good luck.

I think a lot of people have traced similar door lock and window issues to the drivers side master window switch cluster. Replace that, bingo.

It's more of an electrical load taxing the system that a specific switch. The guys that tested my battery and alternator both said to check connections first. So I'm going to check the battery. What were the other large powe connections? The front fuse box under the hood? Should I check the alternator cables?

I had the battery and alternator checked, everything was within spec. I took the battery out, cleaned the terminals and the battery, and reclamped it down tight with some grease. I still have the issue. What else should I do?
