OKSO THESYTEMHADNOTHINGTODO WITH IT THESYSTEM WAS OUT BUT WAS STILL DOING IT, THEN IT JUST STOPPED. NOW ALMOST A MONTH LATER ITS DOING IT AGAIN. BUT I GOTA VIDEO THIS TIME.

body controll mod. Means that the symptoms that you are having are controlled by the bcm and if that was damaged that is what can happen... the fix is replacing the bcm and thats upwards of 2xxx
I did something similar while hooking up some lights 2 weeks ago. I was tapping into a fuse for a relay coil and must have brushed a fuse without noticing or something.... all my stuff went apeshit -gauges sweeping etc.
Unhook your battery, take it to the dealer and they'll fix it without replacing the module (unless you actually fried it outright)
So don't get too worried just yet man.
Cost me like $180 which is way better than I expected since a BCM is like $600 or something plus labour. They said they just disconnected the module, discharged the wiring, hooked it all back up and had to boost my battery and it was golden.

Body control module is a computer that controls all of the inputs and outputs of the accessories and things in your car (for example, the signals for your gauge lights, gauge needles, radio, doorlocks, headlight signals, all buttons and switches in the car).
If your gauges are "sweeping" back and forth, or if the lights are intermittently flashing on and off....... you probably messed up your BCM.
If you mean a loose ground for your amp, then that would likely only affect your system not working properly - not your instrument panel.

put everything back to stock in terms of functionality and see what happens.... could have fried the bcm but maybe not just go back to step one and see if u can get the problem to go away
so post the vid lol
I'm gonna go with you messed up ur BCM man. I would take that system out and take the car back to the dealer provided you have warranty still. Easiest route to go man...and cheapest
