Line out converter

I have seen alot of post's for the line out converters but i am still confused as to wich one i need I have a cobalt ls coupe with the mp3 head unit but i do not have the 7 speaker system. Dose any one know wich one i need.

Best buy put it in for me though so I am not sure how to hook it up. Never took my radio out to see!

thanks but if i can i am looking for something that plugs in directly without splicing i dont want any evidence that i did anything to the car.

Hmm,

Regardless you will have to splice. Nothing will just plug in like a harness or anything. Plus a line out converter is exactly that. Convers your line outputs which requires splicing. Unless there is something I don't know, you have to splice.

from what i understand this company (http://www.pac-audio.com/products/oem1.htm) makes line out converters that plug into stock harnesses but i belive they dont make one for the cobalt yet. I might be wrong i never hooked up subs without a aftermarket head unit.
