my 2 new additions to the car!!!!

well i have finally gotten around to installing and taken pics of the 2 7.2" tv headrest that i picked up last month at the Oc carshow. These are the universal headrest and the fit perfect. Headrest itself is alittle bit bigger but not bad. They look good me.

so here are a few pics of what they look like. Pics i dont think are the greatest. It was a real pain tring to get good pics in the back seat. The screens arent that blury, just the pics.

Left Headrest

Right headrest

Trying to get the headunit and the headrest

it was actually pretty easy, you run the wires down through the hole of the headrest and down the seat. and then ran them down the center console to the back of the deck. Just had to pick me up some av cables, power and ground wire. I think it took me half an hour to an hour

its not to bad. if you have a dvd headunit and it has an av output then you just connect the monitors to that and wire in the ground and power

Do those headrest poles move? Is that what makes them universal? How does the color match to your seats? I can't tell if you have the recaro's or not. Do you have any pictures of the old headrest and this one side by side for a size comparison?

yes the post move thats what makes them universal. The color match is dead on. you would think they were stock and they are alittle bit bigger. no i dont have the recaro's and sorry no pics of them both. They had to be a little bit bigger to have a 7.2" tv in them

i have the avi-d3. i would say they are a little bit wider and i little bit taller. when i put them in i did touch the roof a little. but its a big screen so the headrest needs to a little bit bigger. its way cheaper then tring to get the screen to fit in the stock headrest
