i got it custom made to fit almost perfectly. We put the back seats fown and put it in through there.

that looks like a big box for just 1 sub, or may its the pic. i have 2 12w1v2 in a box about that size, maybe a couple inches wider and thats more then enough bass that me and the car next to me can handle.

like the setup though.

its pretty thin thou.... most of the boxes we sell around here are around double that for a single 12

looks clean but with a box that big i wouldve went with two 10s personally and put the amp somewhere it could breathe a little better. but i still like it

because bass is an indirect sound... facing away ususally sounds cleaner

yes bass isn't directional but that has nothing to do with it. Facing forward often has more cancellation then facing back. Good example is my car sounds loudest with the trunk open. close it and its gets half as loud due to cancellation

bigger the box better the sound.not only that but the wider the box the thinner you can make it. and i only wanted one and the 12 hits hard enough for me lol

okay so, i have been thinking about getting this sub for a while now and if the 10" and 12" have the same power ratings, which one should i go with? in theory wouldnt the 10 have quicker response?
