need help car may catch fire

ive got an 07 cobaly and whenever the car is off and key out the fuse box buzzes on and off and the lights are turning on then off i dont know what it is but i do have an amp and sub in the car now

no but my car just came back from the shop when they were putting a new tranny in the car they didnt tighten the box down and tranny mounts were loose
