I bought the VVME's and had several problems with them. First off, make sure youre grounding to a good point on the chassis, only metal on metal, and make sure you clean the paint from the chassis at the point of contact to ensure a good ground. One of my ballasts was bad from them, so I contacted them and they sent me a replacement. After that, I was having problems with one of the lights not lighting up. The inline fuse that is included had melted, it was not strong enough for the system, so I got an inline auto switch and wired that in. My problems have been gone since then. I would check all of your wiring and try switching the ballasts and bulbs around, one piece at a time and trouble shoot from there.
