need some help with wiring.
so iv had a sub and amp hooked up with my stock radio threw the output convertor but lately all of a sudden it cuts out and cracks when i even have it half way up. although everything is only turned about half way up on the amp as it is. so what else could be the issue?
im looking into getting a aftermarket headunit not sure if thatll help im sure it will. but where should i get the harness for my chimes and such to still work if so?
really would just like some feedback about the output convertor for now though thanks.
btw i have the walmart output convertor if that helps. seems like only 1 rca jack is really even helping the other is just there. and i cut my stock wiring so im not sure which is + and - dumb ? but would this cause the cracking or if it was in the wrong spot it would just not worried at all right?
