NetBooks
I just bought this one:
I'm going to be using it mostly for HPT, and when i start school, i figured it would be handy because the world operates on windows, and as awesome as my MacBook is, i need Microsoft Office etc, and my Mac keeps deleting it.
wow, nobody?

Lol, hope you like your purchase, although if you wanted comments from the computer guys I would suggest posting some specs, i.e. which Intel Atom processor does it have? N280? Hard drive? RAM? Does it come standard with a type N wireless card? Does dell have XP with SP3 on it or with the 7 starter edition? etc.
Also, as sexy as it is, if you just bought it, my advice would be to consider seeing if you couldn't get a Toshiba or Asus instead, as they have much better reliability records (granted, Dell is 'supposed' to have really excellent customer service...). Just my .02. Oh, and my other advice is to not get an Acer. They all suck.

mine is 4 years old, and so far it's as fast as the day i bought it, but its developing this tendency to randomly remove applications from the hard drive. Frustrating as hell in Iraq when it decided to do the same to my Itunes library.
I don't do any hardcore computing or editing or anything, just thought i'd share. It's pretty, it's nifty, and it's new.

I have a Acer netbook. and its awesome for what it is, and is meant to do. i upgraded the ram to 2GB, put in a better wifi card, installed a tiny version of XP(all the **** removed). and it flies. Perfect for music, surfin, and my battery lasts all day.
