New Car Stereo Setup Help

Hey guys, I'm trying to work on my sound system in my balt and me and my audiophile buddy have been scouring the web for some good deals on great sound. Any, these are some of the things we came up with:

Speakers
Dls Ultimate Up6i
OR
Morel Dotech Ovation 6
OR
Polk audio MM6501

Speaker Amp
Precision Power PC400.4
OR
Kicker ZX350.4

Subs
2 Massive AUdio Kilo 122
OR
???

Sub Amp
RE Audio DTS-1000.1
OR
???

I'm trying to stay at a budget of around $1200. Any advice, suggestions, or criticisms would be welcome. Especially from you Emp!

Just install a second battery and run all your high power accessories to it... just make sure you add the proper fuses to the accessory positive cables. Amps, Interior Lighting and Underglow would benefit greatly from this.
