New speakers, now.. to get the old ones out

Well I just bought new speakers for my car. Well how the hell do you get the speakers out in the back? It is almost like you have to take the top off by the read window to get to the screws/bolts that are holding in the factory speaker?

Any ideas?

how hard was it to take off the door panels, and were your new speakers skinny enough, or did you have to make custom mounts??

everything popped out besides the head rests, each head rest had a two 13mm bolts. it was really easy, easier then i thought it would be, took about 30-45mins. I bought 6x9's and they went right in. didnt have to do anything. and the doors are 6 and 1/2. I thought they were 5 1/4.

ITS EASY.
