No Sound, Power?/Speaker Good

2010 Chevy Cobalt LT Coupe
OEM Pioneer Sound Package

I park my car outside for the winter and dont drive it. I pulled it out last week and notice tweeter issues from passenger door. Today (week later) I lost speaker sound from passenger door. I have no sound from passenger door. I checked every other speaker and everything is copasetic. So I took passenger door panel off and removed tweeter and speaker. I used my multimeter and checked for power at tweeter plug and speaker plug. I have minimal voltage at both. I checked speakers and they both work fine. I have power locks and power windows functional at passenger door. So I dont beleive there is a wire that is ruined in door. I looked at door jam wire housing and its fine, nothing is damaged. I changed the fuse for the radio for fun.

Anyone got a wiring diagram for the pass. door/ radio/ interior
Also does anyone have correct voltage DC for the speakers, or what is there rating?

Thanks for any input

I disconnected the battery for one hour then hook it back up, all the speakers work fine again. Outstanding

My speakers in the front driver and front passenger go out frequently. They come back on randomly and they are working and wiring is good. I changed the out for some alpine speakers on my old g5 and they never went out again. Seems to be a cobalt/g5 issue
