Does anyone have experience with the Hifonics Olympus OLM2412?

I am currently running four 12" Hifonics Brutus subs in my car, and I am looking to consolidate and just run one sub.

I know four 12's is way overkill and completely unnecessary, but there is a long story behind how I ended up with four so just.. don't worry about that haha.

Anyway.. I'm running two 1200 watt RMS Hifonics Brutus amps putting out 600 watts RMS to each sub, and the Olympus sub is 2400 watts RMS so my amps will work great with that sub.

I am mainly looking for sound quality with a nice bump in my trunk, and it seems as though most of the subs in this high power range are made for SPL which kind of worries me.

So, anyone have experience with the Olympus series from Hifonics? How do they sound?

I also considered the RE audio 12" XXX sub.. but that would mean I would have to delay getting my double din head unit.

 

if you want a sub that can handle that power and sound good look at DD... old re xxx wont handle it and new one sucks monkey *****
