Just a heads up guys, Pioneer finally came out with the firmware update for Iphone 5 for Pioneer AVH-X7500BT, AVH-X5500BHS, AVH-X4500BT, AVH-X3500BHS, AVH-X2500BT, and AVH-P8400BH few weeks ago(beginning of June). The update requires the Pioneer CD-IV202AV cable which costs $100 and since it took so long on the update firmware they are offering a $100 rebate if you buy the cable before the end of this month FROM A AUTHORIZED DEALER. The cable also requires Apple Lightning to USB cable(comes with phone of course) plus the Apple Lightning to VGA adapter which you would have to buy and on your own.

Yes the interface will be free. Cost you like $30 for the Apple Lightning to VGA adapter which is also needed.

There not making any profit because the firmware update was suppose to be out begining of the year! lol. Being months late, this is there way of trying to make up for it.
