Question PLX Vs Interceptor

Hello,
I was browings ZZP's website today when I came across this

PLX - PLX Scan Gauge #PLX-DM-100

It got me wondering,
Does anyone know how this gauge compares to the Interceptors?
Currently I have 2 Interceptors and 1 Analogic Gauge with various
sensor kits. What would it take to convert? I dont get their Daisy Chain PLX
Sensors, but the Interceptor's 0-5 VDC Analog Input is VERY easy to
work with and understand.

So wich is bette? How does one compare to the other?
