I think this fits in here, I am looking at a vehicle without power locks or windows and would be installing them if I purchase it. Has anyone had experience with the window kits? specifically the ones that loop around the manual roll up knob? I have 3 options for the vehicle, one is factory replacement parts and one is aftermarket replacement parts that replace the whole mechinism and scissors attached to the window, and the 3rd is the generic motor assembly that attaches to the manual spindle.

Any experiences you guys could give me would be great.

The generic is cheaper, the other more expensive but if it's better it would be fine for me...........

Also will be installing remote start/ alarm/ keyless entry eventually. would this be better done all at one time? (I will not be installing the alarm system)
