question about upgrading factory pioneer system
I have a 07 cobalt with the factory pioneer system w/subwoofer. Where is the amplifier located at and does it power the 4 speakers along with the subwoofer? I want to take the factory amplifier out and put a high powered 5 channel amplifier in it. I also want to put a aftermarket cd receiver in place of the factory unit. Is this possible without too many complications? Ive heard of complications with putting a aftermarket unit in the 03+ cavaliers and was wondering if this is true with the cobalt also.
