Rear speakers not working??

So about 2 months ago i installed a AVH-P2300DVD radio in my car. I have just got around to getting it out for the year and i noticed the rear speakers are not working. The wiring is correct and i notice on the menu the rear speakers is like shaded out but cant get it to change. Anyone know anything about this??

Sounds like you either have an amp plugged into the rear RCA outputs or you may have the speakers set as RCA output instead of line level.

I have it right i checked. The only way it will let me change anything with rear speakers is if i have source off. when i turn source back on it shades rear speakers out and wont let me change anything i can turn subwoofer on/off but thats it and nothing unshades for rear
