rear turn signal not working-help!

so whats happening is that my rear pass side turn signal on my 2 dr 06 ss n/a stopped working. the bulb isn't burnt out or anything but it wont flash when i put my right turn signal on. the front does, and the indicator in the gauge cluster flashes very fast.

i'm thinkin i have a short somewhere. any ideas what the problem could be? thanks for the help.

edit: stock turn signals

replace the bulb first before you start thinking you have a short. i've seen it many times where the bulb doesn't appear to be burnt out but is still faulty.

The bulb has 2 filaments - 1 for the park light, 1 for the brake / turn.
Guess which one is burnt out?

Replace the bulb.........
