Remote Start.

With the Holiday season among us, I have noticed a lot of crimes happening in the area, mainly breaking into cars. Recently we have had 3 cars broken into outside our store and my friends car got stolen at a Frickers. So with all of this happening I decided to get a new security alarm, mainly because our stock one sucks! In order to get a nice one that has a two-way responder I picked up the Viper 5701 which also has remote start capabilities! I need to pick up the bypass from my car then the installation process can begin!

Does anyone else have a Remote start on their car yet? I was excited to see that this unit works with manual transmissions out of the box.

Link to the product. http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1213046768256

my girlfriend has that on her transam. She loves it. Works good. But that LED inside is falling out on hers. Id say its a good investment.

I have a python 881 on my cobalt. I worked at circuit city and used to put these on. The bypass can be done with two relays and a 1 or 3 amp diode. It's very simple to do once you wire up the relays. I need to check online to see where to get the wiring diagram at since its been so long since I have done mine. Type in a site on google called bulldog-security, and it should have some wiring info.
