Remote starter how to?

Has anyone installed a remote starter for their standard cobalt?
I have only installed one remote starter in the past, and it was on an 08 traiblazer SS (automatic),
so I would feel way more comfortable with a how to seeing as this is a standard, and turbo
I do know I will need a way to bypass the clutch being required to be in, and I would also like a neutral safety if that's possible

I do rs all the time and if you get a good alarm/rs it will have all the features for a manual with a turbo and a neutral safety switch. Do the viper 5101 for just rs and do the 5701 or 5901 for alarm and rs.

You will also need the bypass module. XK09 or DLPK from XpressKit work well with viper.

on my ss trailblazer i had to use a bypass module as well, its just the standard, and the turbo, if the turbo part matters

Sounds good, It would be greatly appreciated by the whole community im sure, especially me,
The only thing I am worried about is being 100% sure my neutral lock-out will work

its sounding like it shouldnt be all that difficult. i installed a alarm system on a ford focus a few years ago with out any real wiring diagrams, just a sheet of paper that said about 40 colors of individual wires...i'll have the haynes manual this time.
