Removing trunk carpeting

I'm trying to sound deaden my trunk, but there are 4 plastic things holding the carpet pieces to the trunk walls. Two on each side. Do I just pull really hard or is there a trick to removing these?

If its the cargo net things you are talking about, Just twist. They may be tough at first, so you may want pliers

the ones on the wall are ones you just twist off like a cap??

maybe different years have different things, but if there not twist, just pull really hard there pressure clips and it takes some strength

Actually, the carpeting is notched to fit AROUND those retainers. Feel it out, should be easy. But otherwise, yes, they twist off because they're threaded.

Just pull really hard on **** who cares if it brakes, or at least that’s my approach on disassembly.

No for real I think they are twist off
