anyone with chrome will do an insta google search and the link will pop up first thing, then u can read the thread

to answer the question thou i personally havent but doesnt hurt to try worst case senario it doesnt work and then ud still pay the dealership to program

Yeah, I've tried it but haven't come out successful. Just wondered if anyone else had.

Also, I called 3 different dealerships and they gave me quotes of $98, $68, and $58. When I walked in to the $58 dealer, they asked how much I was quoted on the phone. I bet I could've told them like $25 or something.

Can I say that another dealer said like $20 and get them to match it? I just see some people get this done for around $10.

i bought a 05 cobalt ss and doesnt have keyfob, but i got one from "somewhere", can i make it work?? or what do i need to do to make it work?

It will work, after you get it programmed for your car. You need to have a dealer do it or if you know someone with a GM Tech 2 programmer.
