THe wiring harness didnt include the power wire in the harness. It has a extra red wire that does not say where it goes. Do i need to hook it up to the fusebox? IF so how would i get the cover off the fusebox?

when installing an aftermarket cd player run the red wire to the fusebox and tap the sunroof or wiper fuse using the supplied fuse taps.
