Stereo problems

In my 07. There is a old pioneer headunit. It is hooked up with the axxcess box and harness. Only the passenger door speaker plays music, the rear speakers make a noise only when you wiggle the harness that plugs into the back of headunit but its a popping noise. The driver door speaker you get rpm whine noise. So would this be a faulty headunit or would it be a problem in the wiring?

Ok, so I got all of the speaker problems etc takn care of. It was in the old wiring harness. I hooked up a new jvc headunit and harness. It is going through the metra box. Now the problem is, I am getting a constant power through the metra box/stock wiring harness. It causes the battery to run down if left plugged in and the car is not started every day. What would cause this?

if its connected to the proper wire on the module harness and doesnt turn off its probably a faulty harness. You could disconnect the acc and run it to the fuse box. Otherwise turn off the radio before you leave the car

The stereo turns off. I think the metra box is faulty. Because the light on it constantly flashes regardless. And you can hear faint white noise in the speakers. Also the chime and stuff does not work. I will probably get a regular harness and discard the metra box.

Swap that crappy Axxes moduel for a Pac-Audio C2R-GM11, Chimes will work and they are a better quality piece.
