Subs pulsing.... Weird... help

So I have recently put in 2 12 inch Kicker comps with my old audiofonix 800w amp and a 1.5 farrad capacitor, and I also have 4 gauge power wire. So When i turn on the car or turn the key over i get this weird distortion noise and whenever i push or pull a button (like the window controls) the subs make a pulsing sound... WTH could this be???? Someone please help me.

The only thing that comes to my mind quickly is maybe trying a ground loop isolator on the RCAs that connect to your amp.

Are you tapped into the rear speakers and have a stock deck, or do you have an aftermarket deck?

I have a factory head unit with a toggle switch to turn on my amp and when I leave the amp on and shut the door mine makes a loud pulsating sound too, but I kinda like it that way I won't forget to turn my amp off lol.

WELLLLL when i start my car the damn thing will BUZZZZ really really loud untill i let off the key. Its Scared the Sh** out of me plenty of times, it doesent do it everytime. Gets me when i least expect it .

I have pictures in my Gallery

I'm not positive, but I believe this fuse is internal and surface-soldiered, so I'd try a ground loop isolator first.

Something like this:

http://www.radioshack.com/product/in...ductId=2062214

Basically, if IIRC, a ground loop is a condition when the grounding of your RCAs is being interfered with electronically... So that interference prevents a clear signal to your amp, creating the noises you're hearing.

I say to do this first because its a cheap and easy way to solve it if that is even the problem, if not, it's the unit itself.

That's just the first result off of google...lol. Any electronics store should have it, Circuit City, Best Buy, or your local audio shop.

All the ones I've seen are basically the same...if you can see a picture, just make sure there are two pairs of RCAs on each side. Preferably one pair should be female and the other pair male so you don't need to buy barrel couplers.

You might want to do it locally in case it doesn't solve the problem, that way you know you can get your money back easily.

If the isolator doesn't work we could plug in my headunit and see if it still does it, just to make sure it's your headunit, or not.
