it could be done, but you'd need to fabricate some brackets to hold it. also you'll need a power source if its 120 volt.

yes a tv in the trunk helps....especially out at camping parties.

you should mount yours on the inside of the trunk lid. that way u can still have stuff in the trunk. make it removable just in case.

i'm thinkin about mounting mine in for summer again

Cool, but so what if the Converter interfears with your radio display? Youll be in the back watching TV and not messing with the radio. Or are you wireing the audo for the TV through the radio?

i think that will have to run it through the radio anyway, i just hope a converter won't mess up the tv in the trunk as well

i'd build a mount out of aluminum and use a nut/bolt approach into the sub-structure of the trunk lid. from there explore the options available to you in figuring out how to attach your specific monitor to the mount, choose one, and go. in my case i'd probably be using a monitor which has the standardized mounting technique available, such as VESA. attach that monitor mount to the aluminum mount you made for the trunk, and blam you got a solid mount. the reason you'd want to use a sheet of aluminum is for strength so the monitor won't stress the stock substructure as much.
