I was just driving home for work tonight and my car did somthing new, when the tempature went below 37 degrees F a message appeared on the dash tha said "ice possiable"( for those of you who didnt pay attention in high school water freezes at 37 degrees F, lol) I was wondering what other things the car is programed to tell me. What else has every one else seen pop up???

 

it's supposed to do that, lol...

and it says that, because a 5 degree swing isn't that much, so it's just a warning.

 

I know its supposed to tell me that, just thought it was cool and wanted to know what else it is programed to let me know

 

there is a list in the manual, i believe... besides the idiot functions, i think that is the only one.

 

Actually that message is triggered at 38 degrees

lol my car says "LOW COOLANT" for a split second, when its really full.....

 

my buddies says low traction when i spun the tires, mine doesent though.... i also got "power steering" when i fried my tcm last week

 

hey well my friends think its cool at least.

edit: low traction is a built in saying when you spin tires, so that sounds about correct.

 

I get "LOW TRACTION" about twenty times a day, whenever I get on it, when its shifts second gear it spins the tires just a pinch and I get that damn message

mine said that the first few days i had it, "ice possible", it goes off at 5 degrees celcuis, i havent seen anything else, cept "low fuel" mine says that when i have 70kms to go, and then it says "fuel range low"

Yea, i got the 'ice possible' when i first got in my car this morning (36F). Also, does anyone know if we have the traction symbol that lights up? I think thats all of them I've seen so far.
