Try Upgrading the battery ground first
X2 on the above question, whats your setup?
However I like to call it aftermarket but...(lol)

I just read your sig, do you get it mostly through the front speakers or all of them?

My speakers are hooked up to an MTX 4 Channel amp, and the amp gets its signal from RCA's from a JVC deck. I get the sound from all speakers. The Amp is grounded off at the Grounding block in the trunk

Wow I didn’t even look at my post to proof read it lol.

What side of the car are your rca's ran? I know also there is a lot of electrical noise around the radio, I have that problem too.

First up check your connections and see if anything is loose. Back to your rca's are they running parallel with any power wires if so they need to cross at a 90 degree angle so they don’t pick up noise. You can go by some ground loop isolators but that’s just a temp fix.

what kind of RCA cable did you use? is it shielded? if not switch those out first for some good quality shielded cable and you should see at least a major decrease in the whine if not totally eliminating it.
