I just try with the new gm navigation radio and those radio will need to comunicate with your computer to work and those thing are close to imposible

I was told that it had to be decoded so it will have the VIN in your car. The dealership does it.

try that but they will tell you about installing and program the radio or just programing any away to much money

i know that you have to pay atten to what that radio was designed to go in as well. I know that they are the same size but certain models will require a harness depending on the stock "system" you have in ur car. The same idea came into my head yesturday and was researching all last night

there is a company that makes them to look like Stock units. I think there called O.E.M corp or something. they offer one for GM vehicles that looks like the standard corvette/Danalli units too.
